The courses focus on raw materials, manufacturing and technology.

In our training courses on confectionery technology, which comprise three blocks of five days each, you will be introduced to the world of confectionery production in a compact and intensive manner. Among the topics covered in the courses, the first is the basics of raw material science.

Then the production technology of confectionery is covered. Established techniques are explained and applied just as much as the latest developments – and all of this is done in a technical center that allows production close to industry. At the end of each course there are exams: written, practical and oral. Participants receive grades and a certificate of attendance. Official training certification (AZAV) is planned for 2023.
