We regularly organise extensive training programmes and seminars on the various areas of confectionery technology. Here, our experienced technicians cover the given topic comprehensively and effectively – in theory as well as in practice.

In our training centre in Aachen – Oberforstbach, our excellently equipped development laboratory including versatile machinery as well as seminar rooms and teaching materials are available to them for this purpose.

We offer our open seminars in four different languages: German, English, Spanish or French. The duration of the seminars depends on the topic and varies from 3 to 5 days, with a maximum of eight participants.
